Return & Refund Policy – Kronic Kustoms™

Because the KK Edge Topper is a custom, made-to-order product, all sales are final with the following exceptions:

Full-Payment Orders

  • You may cancel for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • After 14 days, the sale is non-refundable.

30% Reserve / Deposit Orders

  • Deposits secure your production slot and are subject to a 30% cancellation fee if canceled at any time.
  • The cancellation fee is deducted from the deposit; the remainder is refunded.
  • Once production has begun on your unit, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Product

If your Edge Topper arrives with manufacturing defects or shipping damage:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • We will repair or replace the unit at our expense (including return shipping).
  • Our limited 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects.

Non-Returnable

Properly delivered, undamaged toppers that simply "do not fit" or the customer no longer wants are not eligible for return due to the custom nature of the product.

How to Request a Refund or Warranty Claim

Email orders@kronickustoms.com with your order number and details.

We normally process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
